- Refunds/ Cancellations
Refunds would only be given if the workshop is cancelled due to:
- teacher illness
- insufficient enrolment
- a National or Worldwide Pandemic (whether through Government restrictions or concerns about participant’s health and safety)
In these cases, all participants will be refunded in 5-10 working days.
If you decide to cancel a workshop up to 3 days before it starts, you will be charged a $10 administration fee and the remaining amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Otherwise, you are welcome to ask someone else to come on your behalf. You will ensure the person attending the workshop on your behalf comply with these terms.
A workshop will not be refunded when:
- If you decide to cancel a workshop within 3 days of the workshop date, a credit will be given and be used within 12 months. If the next workshop’s fee is higher than the one you have enrolled for, a credit can be transferred and you can pay for the remaining amount.
- It is the responsibility of the participants to remember to attend a workshop, if you forget the date, a credit will be given and can be used within 12 months.
- To protect all who attend the workshop, please do not attend if you have any flu-like symptoms such as (fever, cough, runny-nose, sore throat, headache, etc.), a credit will be given and can be used within 12 months.
- Your responsibilities:
It is your responsibility to look after your own belongings. Artful Adventure is not responsible if your properties are damaged or stolen.
Please follow all the health and safety guidelines given by the workshop instructor & the venue’s authorised managing officer.
By attending a workshop, you agree in holding full responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries to parties involved and physical and/ or personal property that may occur during the workshop.
By attending a class, you agree to not reproduce, replicate or redistribute any element of the class or materials provided in part or full for commercial use.
